These terms govern courier services provided by Coursiers Parisiens.
These terms govern the express delivery of documents and parcels by Coursiers Parisiens (SIREN 483 069 019) in Paris and Île-de-France, ordered online, by phone or by WhatsApp.
Prices are flat and shown excl. and incl. VAT (VAT at 20%): Eco €18, Standard €30, Express €42, Car €48 (excl. VAT). Outside office hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday) and at weekends, only Express can be booked online, at the same €42 excl. VAT, and the car run is €60 excl. VAT. Deliveries outside Paris and the towns bordering it, or by van, are quoted individually.
An order is confirmed once the addresses, recipient, service and payment details are provided. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied.
Payment is made online by card. At order time the card is pre-authorised; it is charged only when Coursiers Parisiens validates the run. Cancellation before validation releases the authorisation with no charge.
Delivery is made by hand within the chosen time (45 min, 2 h, 4 h or 2 h 30). Each delivery is confirmed by a signed proof of delivery with photo and timestamp, sent to the customer.
An order may be cancelled before pick-up. Once the courier is dispatched, cancellation may be invoiced. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method.
Coursiers Parisiens undertakes to deliver with care within the agreed time. Liability is limited to the direct, foreseeable damage resulting from a proven fault, within the limits of applicable law and insurance.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable regulations (GDPR).
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
