To provide our services, we collect: sender and recipient details (name, phone), pick-up and delivery addresses, order and invoicing details, and — for proof of delivery — the recipient's signature, an optional photo, a timestamp and the geolocation at signature.
This data is used solely to carry out, track, invoice and prove your deliveries, and to contact you about them.
Order and proof-of-delivery data is kept for the time needed for commercial evidence and legal obligations (proposed: 24 months for proof of delivery), then deleted or anonymised.
Our website uses a cookieless, first-party analytics system: no cookies, no third-party trackers, and no raw IP stored — visitors are counted via a non-reversible daily hash.
Under the GDPR, you may access, rectify, delete or object to the processing of your data by writing to contact@coursiersparisiens.fr.
Payments are handled by Stripe; no card details pass through or are stored on our servers.
